The 38th Annual USFTL National Flag & Touch Football Championships held in Kissimmee, FL January 16-18, 2009 was competitive as ever.  Nothing like seeing great flag football teams, top-notch players and excellent flag football.

My compliments to the USFTL staff for hosting an excellent tournament this year. I had a great time playing and meeting all the players and teams from all across the country.

Attending the hall of fame ceremony was especially memorable, and I had the opportunity to talk with all of this year’s inductees.  Watching the program inspired an old guy like me to keep playing, and I’m looking forward to the day when my name will be included along with the best flag football players of all time.
