In this article I will discuss tips and plays to ultimately help you take your game to the next level!

Ok it’s “first and goal”—you’ve heard John Madden say it over years and the intensity of game increases to a higher level.  First and goal to a defense is like General Custer’s last stand and the battle of Little Big Horn.  They dig it with guns a blazing.  On the other hand, the offense focuses on making the kill of the hunt.  They have the competition on the ropes and they are looking to make the knockout blow.  What play gets called?
It’s a game of who’s going to impose their will on the other.  Is your team prepared to make the right call, execute the right play or exploit the match up?  Or are you just praying for the luck of the draw? It’s “first and goal” what play do you call? For new teams it’s frustrating to get into the red zone only to have the offense fall apart. Read more

This summer some of you will be traveling to tournaments in your area or across the country.  If this is your first road trip don’t start packing until your read this article. Read more
